1. What courses does Saboti Technical Training Institute offer?
At STTI offers both long-term and short courses. In Electrical and Electronics, we provide TVET-CDACC-accredited courses in Electrical Installation (Levels 3–4), Electrical Engineering (Levels 5–6), Solar PV Installation (Levels 3–5), and Computer Operations Level 3, plus KNEC-accredited Diploma and Higher Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Power). Our Short Courses include Computer Packages & Applications, AutoCAD Drafting & Modelling, Advanced Project Planning Skills (MS Project), and Solar PV Design & Simulation Software (PVsyst).

Our courses are examined and certified by KNEC and TVET-CDACC, ensuring national recognition and industry relevance.

Entry depends on the course and level. Long-term programmes require KCPE, KCSE, or relevant prior qualifications depending on the level, while short courses generally require basic literacy or computer skills, with some courses needing prior knowledge in the subject

Course duration at STTI depends on the program. Courses range from 3 months to 2 years, depending on the level and curriculum. Short courses, such as Computer Packages, AutoCAD, MS Project, and PVsyst, run for 1–4 weeks, depending on the course content and intensity

Yes. Most technical courses include industrial attachment to provide hands-on workplace experience and improve employability
